Inspirations: Wedding Meets Food Truck

During this summer, clients Clarice and Hubert made my night!  I was as surprised as all the guests when the Nom NomFood Truck appeared out of nowhere.  A midnight(well, it was more like 10pm) snack arrived for weddings guests who honestly didn't really need yet another delicious bite but were anxious to see what the truck had in store for them.

Let's speak frankly ---- food trucks are the perfect solution for creating a memorable wedding.  As  Mini Banh Mi's were handled out along with Vietnamese tacos, I was licking my lips and thanking the wedding gods that my clients were brave enough to share with their guests something out of the ordinary.  

This was no In and Out burger truck....this was street food at its best!   It. Was. Heaven. It. Was. So. Them.

Food trucks are not new but it's a great way (actually a fabulous way) to end the evening with a BANG!  

Now that food trucks are a hit...let's just put a wedding styling twist to things...

How do you do that?

Well.....

 

Go the extra mile and supply your awesome food truck with some personalized props. 

Having fries...why not present them in your own personalized french fry boxes?

Having sliders.  Why not dress them up with tiny flags?  And these are easy to order or easy to make yourself.

Having a mini sandwich, how about having them wrapped  with white paper and tied with twine.  Cute? Super cute! 

Even if its ice cream, you can still offer them up in cups with a personalized "quote".

Remember, even if you are having a food truck, it doesn't have to look like it just pulled up. It can look like a personalized "food truck".  Meant. For. You!
